Do you take a share of what I recover?
No. You pay the price on this page and keep everything you recover. We are paid by owners only. No operator, buyer or landman pays us, and we do not sell your data.
What is free?
Every public page, all four calculators, the free lease report and one statement check. The free check shows the counts by level, the dollar estimate and the first finding in full. The other findings show their level and title, so you always know they exist.
What is the founding price?
The first 200 owners pay $99 a year for the Owner plan instead of $149, and keep that price for as long as they stay subscribed. 200 places are left.
What do you do with my statements?
We blank out tax ID numbers in PDFs before any AI reads a page, read the statement, compare it with Railroad Commission records and show you the result. Your files stay private to you and you can delete them at any time from your account.
Why not take a percentage, like a royalty recovery firm?
A firm paid a percentage has a reason to find the biggest number and to work for the largest owners. We would rather tell you plainly when your check is right. If it is, you have spent nothing.
