An operator sent you a division order to sign. Texas law lists exactly what that paper may contain. Your decimal, and your name, address and taxpayer ID, are on the list. A waiver of late-payment interest is not. And a division order does not amend your lease. Refuse the extras, and the payor may not hold your money solely because of that.
